The thought of being burnt alive makes me shudder.

However, this happened due to her complete stupidity so I have no sympathy at all!

I have no sympathy, anyone pouring petrol in a kitchen with a naked flame present needs to think long and hard as to how stupid they were. Other thing is it was unnecessary as most who have panic bought probably didn't even need it anyway. The government was wrong and helped cause the panic but can't be held responsible for this

the thing that really pisses me off is the fact that IF they do stike, there will be 7 days notice

and even then the army will be driving the tankers, and the police escorting them!!

so fuel will still get delivered.

but some twat of an MP got it all wrong and told people to panic buy, so the silly cunts have been

the wifes car only has 1/4 tank in and we want to go tot he coast next week for a day, and all the petrol stations round here are dry....

fucking mongs!

people round my way are acting like total cunts too.. huge jams for fuel and all the others empty.. got my 200 mile trip to work this evening so hoping these fuckwits aint drained the motorway services too so that they can store it all in their kitchens... like they need to fill their cars up when most of them only drive to the shops once a week normally cos they are too fucking fat to walk..

the part that hasn't been publicised much is that it is only 1 union that is going on strike (if it happens), that union does not cover drivers for supermarket petrol stations.... so they will still get their deliveries as normal

When we had the strikes back in 2000 someone in derby, a taxi driver I think, stored petrol in bins, etc in his house. They leaked, the petrol went through the floorboards into the ground below.

His house and atleast one either side ended up being pulled down due to the fire risk of the petrol soaked ground.

Gavin.

Edit... Looks like they didn't take the house down after all but I can remember it being talked about.

i think someone off here posted about 6 petrol statins in NW london being dry, so try and fill up before you get to the city imo.

hopefully all this bullshit will stop now as the wife said the union have decided not to strike!

luckily for me i broke my ankle 6 weeks ago, so not needed the car. i think i have about 3/4 of a tank aswell for if its needed lol
