Right people, I'm soon to be making a new manifold for my turbo project..
I'm wanting some inspiration and ideas of what design to go for..

Look at my link over, how different Mobeck`s Cosworth manifolds is, compared to what you usual se for sale. These are made for big power engines

Massive respect to crazycage, that manifold is a work off art - from scratch aswell, with lovely tig welds and some neat bends etc going on!

i know mate im kidding you! Any time some chimp on here tries to knock a saxo/106 im actually on the ball to defend them. But its just a pity they are expensive to get proper power of of them!

I'd love to go for a 'top mount' turbo but doubt it would leave me much room to get rid of the downpipe.. I shall look into it.

Is there a place you can buy the flanges/ collectors etc so you can have a go at making your own ????

make you own collector , turbo flanges are on ebay, head flange you would need to get made

 

we used a skyline manifold and adapted it to fit my f20/et.
