Ford Escort Combi Van Rs Turbo
Here we have my ford escort combi van which I have owned since august last year. In that time I have spent far too much on the van and now need to sell due to needing to pay for other items due to the misses loosing her job. Did go to sell this earlier in year but decided against it! now have to!!
The combi had a full re-spray in December 2011 which included removing all of the kit, rubbing down to bare shell and then complete re-spray in radiant red. This cost me just under 2k. The finish on the van is perfect and I have only done 30 miles on the road with the new paint job! The wheels are series two rs turbo wheels which have been powder coated in gun metal grey and look very nice. All four tyres are new with lots of tread. I have put brand new headlights and indicators in following the re-spary. (picture shows old head light on one side but that’s coz of the time I took picture!)
The Engine is 1.8 ZVH which was completed by the previous owner but does have receipts for new block from form ford and work to the gear box. There are also receipts from Turbo techinics for a new T3 uprated turbo. To benefit from full potential could do with a set up although it runs fine as is with no smoke.
I have put all new auto specialist hoses on the car which I bought in February 2012 and installed a new from mount intercooler which looks great. The rocker cover and charge carrier have been changed to match all on the pipes etc. I also have a few spares to go with the engine.
The interior is in very good condition with 90 spec front and back. 4 spoke rs steering wheel which I bought from Germany and is in very good condition. The roof head lining is brand new with no sags and really sets the interior off.
The van has tax until end of August 2012 but the Mot ran out on 25/3/12. I will however be happy to put new MOT on her if required.
Never been welded and will not require any for the test.
Only other thing car needs is a better boot carpet and four speakers installed.

Looks lovely that mate, i recognise that house next door but one with the new roof its round the corner from the mrs mum & dads, never seen it on the road.
