best lowering springs for focus Rs
as above whats best dont want to go mad just bring it down a bit?

H&R springs without a doubt. I had a set on mine before the coilies and they dropped the car a nice amount and the ride quality didn't feel like it was affected too much either. I think they're around Ł190 a set.

Deffo h&r then for mk1! can get them from ebay, i think you can even get them from eurocarparts my brother h&r came from them!
