Default efi turbo engine in mk6 escort.. management question

Morning all, I'm fitting a efi turbo engine in to a mk6 escort the ecu is ofac. Is it worth me keeping this management and making it work in the mo6 or do I go aftermarket ? What's recommended on a small budget ?

Thanks for looking

depends on your "small" budget.

if your buying it and getting someone else to fit and map it after making the loom you`ll need a grand id say, megasquirt, omex, DTA, Emerald are all budget contenders

Will be diy I recon then get it mapped and budget is small as I'm not chasing numbers, I'm after 200bhp so if the ofac will work ill keep it if not ill go aftermarket.
