Default Wheel size? 16 or 17??

Right..

Lookin for some wheels for my RS Turbo cabriolet I'm currently building/Restoring..

Already decided on Gloss black Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's, I was goin 17's but someone has told me to go for 16's as they drive better an feel better on 16's?? Is this right??

Any advice would be great, scratchin my head now wonderin what to do!!!

That's it, want better looks but better drivability! Which do I compromise? Looks or drivability? Anyone run both sizes? Is it a much better drive on 16's to make it worthwhile??

have both for mine and i don't notice the difference but my 16's run on 215's so they have a tendency to go where they like

I've got 17's for the looks the ride is alright as long as it's not slammed to the floor it will drive fine but try and go for 7's not 7.5 17's as they may catch a little depending how low they sit near to the arch.

I run 16 on my cab with 205/45

On my old winter cab I did have 17 with 205/40

And must say I would go for the 16 as they make the best overall
The 17 did make it slower and didnt handle as good as it does on the 16
