"Project cars" is a pretty poor name, but I like the idea of this game being developed alongside the public and also being funded by fans of slightly mad studios.

Slightly mad were the team behind "NFS Shift 2". Which was a pretty good game that soon became an amazing game with the PC mod community fixing the handling bugs etc.

Take into account that these videos are mostly pre-alpha footage.
The final game will be out on all platforms some time next year.

 

hmmm looks ok, but i think we need more games like toca 3! that used to be awesome! you had every type of car racing on there! clio cups, minis, buggies, go karts, F1, F3 rally etc..... damage was aweome, you could select how many laps you could actually run out of fuel on track which was brillaint! lol

I've been trawling youtube seeing what I can find. There is a few small clips of rally cars, buggies in this game so it looks like they are going for a lot of content.

Sounds a bit like the old TOCA Games.
