hi all just hopeing someone can point me in the right direction, basically ive got a mk2 escort and i`m about to start lowering it, just wondered if there was an "how to" guide anywere on the lowering blocks and to change the shocks.

ive done similar things like this before and once i start should be fine, but sometimes theres extra tips or even easier ways to do some things rather than struggle. ive searched but cant find 1 anywere.
