Default Heavy-ish Duty Interior Cleaner

I've got a 90-spec Recaro interior that is in decent enough condition, but it's not been that well looked after so it just looks a bit grotty... I don't have any sort of machinery to help me out, so I'm looking for suggestions about what to use and how to take dirt/odd bit of oil out of the upholstery.

Cheers,
Grant
