front and rear springs

Default front and rear springs

just a quick one , new car arrives tomorrow and i have atleast 2 days befor the insurance starts , now can i get out there and chop the shit out of the springs to keep me busy or are they "pig tailed " and not able to be buchered

Just dont chop them. Get some proper springs, dampers or coilovers or leave it standard.

dont chop them because it wont work , or dont chop them because it will ruin the handerling , ? im not to worried about the later as im still building the zetec im going to bolt in and i will be running coilovers but for now i wont it low
