After much googling and looking on the army web sight i still haven't gotten any clear to finding out, so on the off chance some one would know i thought i would ask.

I am trying to find out where they do aircraft maintenance (mechanical)
i asked in my local recruitment office and they had no idea and said they would get back to me. But i am eager to know as if i join as part of the TA and its no where near where i live then realistically its not going to be a option for me.

on leaving the regs in late 92 there were no ta aircraft techs...... may have changed? but i would imagine they would be where there is an aac squadron based. probably best to contact your local army careers , they would be able to give you your answer..

 

Yeh i can find everything else but what i am looking for so you maybe right and the TA done have any mechanical maintenance in that area.
