Can you tell me a bit more about what the car needs please mate?

 

what do you mean what it needs?

 

the interior trim is in poor condition. for example the front door cards have speaker holes cut in them, also there are small pieces of plastic and clips been taken off although a lot of it is in the boot.

Th front interior airvent has been broken and ashtray has been removed for some reason. The leather will clean up but is very dirty.

the clutch is fine and so is the gearbox, the exterior is in really good condition.

however as i have stated the engine requires attention, in has a knock/tick when hot, it could be a little end bearing or it could just be a tappet i really couldnt tell you, maybe its even vanos, although i doubt it is.

We just want to cut our losses with it and get rid which is why its on here at a reasonable price.

With a bit of attention and some home engine diy skills the car could be a nice car for very little money.

vanos related or bottom end?

 

really dont know mate, I had a mate look at it and he said it was vanos, a tappet or little end.

Or 2 of them lol. I have no idea, and cant be bothered to strip and find out, just want it gone really
