Question Removing grime from alloys?

Hi all,

Im trying to remove really bad brake dust and tar from my wheels but not sure what to use?

I tried petrol but didnt move it

any ideas appreciated

G101 and a bristle brush will remove the brakedust...and some Tardis for the tar.

Car pro IronX for the baked on brake dust and/or a clay bar.

Tardis tar & glue remover for the tar spots.

IronX is your friend in this scenario - Tardis will only remove tar, not brake dusting pitting which is what you are seeing.
