even top gear had a big write up about who the engines were different as audi couldn't make the engine the same way as there was a problem with the instalation

Haven't seen any Lambo, but they may be there.

And I'm sure my 6 speed Transit gear knob is the old ST170 / Aston knob.

 

working on a 07 plate Porsche 911 turbo, about 90grand new. every plug and sensor and most of the car except the engine has the VW and audi rings on it!

It might be fast, but I don't think it's that fast. Not when it weighs in at nearly 2 tonnes.

I recall the Focus ST's had washer fluid resevoirs which had "Volvo" and a part number embossed on the underside. Not to mention the engine as well...
