Default Service oil sign problem

Hi

Today I had a sign come up on my dashboard, SERVICE OIL.

I only had my Ford Focus serviced a few weeks ago. I seem to recall that there
is a way of turning this signal off, but cant remember what it is.
Anyone know please?

Thanks
Ron

new shape focus? close the doors, turn ignition on and simultaneously hold the accelerator and brake down. Wait 10-15 seconds and the instrument panel hould say oil service reset. if you have steering wheel controls press ok.

Close the doors? Interesting, never had to do that and I've done a fair few.
