Difference between T3 and T4 outlet to intercooler size?

Difference between T3 and T4 outlet to intercooler size?
Ok I've worked out that I need a 76mm hose from the filter to the turbo inlet.
I have been told the T4 has an outlet of 2.5", trouble is, is that different to the T3, I cant measure it as I'm not in the UK just now and I'm trying to order all ther bits to all be there when I get back. Who can help me?
