They are generic accessory lamps supplied by Ford to fit most vehicles.

You buy the lamp kit as you have there and then buy the individual mounting brackets to fit them to each model of vehicle as required.

I have a set from my sisters MK5A Escort, the bracket kit for that comes with the extra vertical and the 2 plastic trims to fit the hole you cut in the bumper. On a MK3 Fiesta, you just buy the extra extension bracket to drop them down far enough.

On a MK3 Escort, you would just bolt them to the spare hole in the front panel (exept RS Turbo models).

Just checked and the finis code given is listed a auxillary light kit for a fiesta 89 to 93 , are there any extra bits in the box brackets, wiring switch?? may have been seperated from the rest of the kit at some point in time? although as said above I have seen them an lots of different fords over the years, oh and by the way they are obsolete now so worth keeping hold of never know when you might need them LOL
