Default Transit 135 tdci engine loom

Does anyone know how much a new engine wiring loom is for a 135 tdci transit, as mine has the usual problems where the loom has rubbed through at the multiplug, and on the vac pump, and is causing untold issues with the way it runs.
Any help much appreciated.

Last engine harness I got for a Transit was about Ł280 and they needed the numbers off the white tag on the old one.

Was hoping you would see this dazc.
Got quoted Ł320 from ford today for the loom!
The van has had 1 injector fitted, and after running on 3.5 cylinders for a while has come to a bit. Hopefully with a new fuel filter, some fuel treatment, and a good run out on saturday, it should stop going into limp mode.....................i hope!

That was for a 90ps model with an injector pump so 320 sounds abought right. Mine is a 137ps van too but it's only done 72k.

Whats wrong with it? What codes have you got out of it?

Po200, the wiring loom had rubbed through on the vac pump, and near the multi plug in front of the fuse box. It had been repaired there in the past.

Cut it back and repair it properly then put some protection on it.

Done all that. Van now goes into limp mode at around 60 mph, fuel pump related low/high pressure. Gonna change fuel filter and run a treatment through it and see what happens.

Could be the pressure reg valve but the pumps do give up on these occasionally. As you say though, check the restriction indicator on the fuel filter though as that will cause it.

Just to clarify, van is an 04 swb low roof 135 t330 with tailgate and twin side loaders, so a factory special order, with full ford service history. Done 108k, so due some pump/injector probs as standard!

It's not done too bad. They aren't too expensive from memory either.

My van was a special order and took 3 months to arrive. I ticked most of the extras boxes but opted for a standard body. I've also got the 135 but it's tuned too so it's pretty lively. Love it still.
