or even can anyone give me a rough idea as to values? say for instance on xbox live gaming, what would say 1GB be worth? 1 hour of play...2 hours or 3....etc etc?

If you use it as little as you say I'd be surprised that you used 10GB. The wife streams TV for a large portion of every day (she works at home) and we get through about 60GB a month.

We're on plusnet and get thru around 30gb a month - that's me at home most days and two bouts playing XBox/PS3 games online, and the odd bit of iplayer/on demand.

Happy to recommend them to anyone and if you sign up thru me I get 50p/month off my bill!
