Have a look on ebay, german guy sells the focus rs wheels already retrimmed in alcantara/leather etc.....good quality too

Real leather does cost a fortune! Not exactly the easiest to work with either.

or pm juddzey on the rsoc,he retrims stuff and is amazing at it,he retrimmed his seats with his build number on it

Sticky, try maughns on leather lane in Liverpool. Mary can get hold of lots of different quality leather.

Have you tried just contacting a re-trimming company but telling them you only want the material? I would have thought they would help if they could as it's still money in their pot.
