A lad near me has a airtec rs500 intercooler. Says its in very good condition and has the 60mm inlet amd outlet pipes. He's asking £150. Im thinking about buying it but whats peoples thoughts on the price and airtec coolers?? Cheers folks

 

Thats a decent price - i used a 70mm on mine for a couple of years with good results and have just fitted their new 100mm cooler to mine

 

I forgot how thick he said it was. I asked about the pipe diameter as Ive only got standard size boost hoses. Is 60mm the standard bore size? The size of the cooler is 700mm wide 400mm high and 60mm thick with 60 mm pipes. Does this sound like the dimentions for a 500 style cooler?
