My brother has one in his FRST. He always got on very well with it. Make me an offer and I'll see what he says as the car is being broken

No worse than a B&M and I've been running that for years. As far as I know baulking of teh gears is only an issue on the Borg Warner T5 box (2wd Cossie)

get yourself a ford puma gear shift there are better than a standard shift but are not as harsh as to cause damage to the box, they do not fit straight on but if you contact jano of oddkidd creation he will adapt and fit it for not a lot of money, he is a genius with an rst, i will be getting one for my fiesta rst soon, good luck with it fella,tat2cliff

I had this on my 2nd erst

http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/product...7bm3ml5fjp3so1

seems to be the same design as Matts, it crunched like hell when first fitted, got the front end up on jacks and adjusted the rods slightly and with a bit of fettling it was spot on, no crunching what so ever. As for valuse for money as well you really can't go wrong, best Ł50 i ever spent, and with the reputation mr lewis has been aquiring recently you cant go wrong. Go for it mate and post some feedback

i had one of these in my xr2, easy to fit and made the feel much tighter and much shorter throw.
only changed due to mtx75 conversion on a cable shift, best of all there.
