Whats the best way of cleaning up a fuel rail as mine looks crap after painting my inlet and TB

What sort of finish are you after Steve?

You can probably get it re plated if your after an oe finish.

Quick and easy you could rub it back etch prime it, and paint it any colour you wanted but it may not last that long.

the best way would be to get it re plated really.

Or just buy a nicer looking used one off somebody, they dont fetch much money.

I got a quote of a local company to do mine as it's got a couple of little corrosion marks and thats brand new - i was quoted Ł25 to strip the old coating and re-coat in zinc yellow - the company is well known for being expensive as they dominate the market up here so you may get it cheaper down south
