best air filter for 400hp
just about to order a filter for our build, whats your thoughts on makes and sizes, cheers guys

yea i do like foam filters over ken and nige style, we used to use ramair jet streams, but cant find 1 big enough,

400bhp is relatively small in terms of forced induction air filters.
Even a relatively small typical K&N cone will pose virtually no restriction.
When you say you cant find one big enough, just how little room do you have ?

That's what I have on my Cabby and what I'd recommend. Matt Lewis Motorsport have some reasonably priced ones.

for what car....???....how much room have u got etc.....for eg. a std cossy airbox n filter will piss 400bhp,some people think big noise = big power

zetec turbo, rooms not a issue, dont give a shit about noise, think i will stick to a ram air or give mat a bell

? lost me there mate its a zetec turbo in a mk1 focus, think a cos air box would be more than a cone filter
