HI, we have just purchased a for new ford focus 1.6 zetec
i cant get the blower/fan to blow on the windscreen to demist it , never seen anything like this before u turn the dial to blow on the windscreen and u can hear the force behind the top of the dash because its blowing but not geting out of the vents in the dash (as though they are closed, but iv never seen closing top vents )

i mean the vents directly under the windscreen all the way along were it clears your windscreen
We have tried all different setting but got nowere

i will take back to dealers this week , but if it was something im missing that i can sort i thought i would ask on here

Sounds like a flap or pipe has come adrift, it can hapen !
