Thats one for Lee to answer when (if) he catches wind of this thread.

Most can be done by yourself as long as you have the tools.
Last I heard he was having some driveshafts made.

It wasnt difficult to get a 21 for 500quid a little while ago.

I remember a lad in college used to have a 21 Savanna that we all used to pile into and go McDonalds for lunch, same as gouch1 said it handled like a Barge but really comfy seats with loads of room.

and then there was the renault safrane even bigger uglier and less reliable than the 21 and laguna. in very little time even the laguna 1 will be rare as hens teeth never like renaults baring the 11 as said even my old fuego was shite the nissan cherry i replaced it with was beter even though it had a fooked box no second gear and it ended up in a ditch

Yeah build quality is crap
and wiring
and reliability
and design
Oh, don't want to step on toes here but what was a good french car?
Only one I can think of was on a weigh bridge?

Dont get me wrong id never have another one as ive been there and done it plus there not that tune able. But i dont agree with what you say lol i had mine for 3 years used as an every day car and it never once let me down the only thing that ever went wrong with it was a wheel bearing!. Plus it never had one single bit of rust on it and wasent far off being as fast as a standard cosworth so not a bad car in my (having had one) opinion!

and they aint got any better with time. Just look at there so called hot hatches with plastic fannymoulds which clog up right through to there vans that eat gearboxes like they are make from plastacine or maybe they are.The french should stay with what they know best....Wine
Leave the engines to us and just do what you do best .....hic

Rather have a kite lol. Thats light and fun!

Sersiously, The 205 is dated not a classic just dated, I'd rather have a fiesta with a 2.0 zetec
clios are a girls car.
Megane just no. Who thought when they were designing a car
lets give it a big arse and a crap expensive key that we can rape everyone £200 a pop.
