Does the new cosworth inlet come with all the necessary parts for fitting? (throttle cable bracket and flouro lined oil hose to clear throttle body)

i havent put it on seperate yet, as i have no picture, but it retails at Ł29.99 mate.

James, the air tec cooler, does it use the same garret bar and plate core that the spec r does, or is it a different brand bar and plate core?
Also is there any testing on them around 5-600bhp as that's what mine will be and I don't want to have issues with CAT.

I not sure on Warrens but the last pic I saw on facebook of Wennys mk3 I'm pretty sure it was having a 100 or 120 cooler fitted.
