Default Diesel sierra rev counter?

The car has got the 170mph cossie clocks in it and I was wondering if I could wire up the rev counter as well

you will need a diesel rev counter as they work differently off the back of the alternator

What he said, rev counters are scaled, for example a Cosworth rev counter is different from the rest of the range, Diesels have no ignition system and therefore are run off the alternator or ECU.
