As above^ I have 55lb siemens to run with t38 which I thought would be ok but have been told by a friend they are not big enough to fuel for a t38?

yes they can be used fine, I'm not sure they would run a TT T38 flat out, but they handle the small ones well.

They are defiantly better on 83s if you want to max the turbocharger
But we do quite a few t38 55s files and they work ok at sensible / bar peak boost levels on the small ones

It's only the boost junkies who run into problems lol

James last 4x4 stu live mapped for me,the 55,s were maxed out on a t34,so you would need to run reduced boost ,which to me is a waste of time as i want a turbo working flat out

You need Man size injectors for a Man size T38

We do hundreds of flat out T34 maps on 55s and the turbo is nowhere near big enough to max them out. We ran brammers t38 at wild boost and that was just about the limit of the injector

I've never seen a 55s map near 255 on a T34. I've never seen a T34 do 450bhp either.

Yes, at high rpm we were having to bring yours down a little as fuel delivery is obviously at its highest at high rpm and they were right on the limit up there.

But for a general set up, with a stdish spec engine they work fine.

Kev, surely 2.5 bar is going to make the transmission shit itself pretty quick.

So was the GT30 but you are going to end up with 450 + bhp and over 400ft of torque. You may get away with it just going from my history of 5 boxes and 0 diffs all with less power than your looking to have.
If you dont want the noise of a straight cut then your sort of limited to a Fixit box or a Dome Genesis box as there both semi straight cut, saying that I think Martoon is running a frozen and polished standard box in his 3 door.

That box Martoon is using is one I've been looking at, I don't like the noise of a straight cut box.
