Default Focus cutting out.

I have a 2002 Focus 2.0 auto.
When the engine is cold, after probably 10 seconds of running it tries, and sometimes does, cut out.
When it does manage to carry on running (at very low revs, approx 4-500rpm) the traction control and ABS lights come on until it warms up and then the lights go out and it goes to normal idle speed.
This only ever happens when the Air-con is on, and so if you switch the Air-con off, it goes to normal idle speed.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing it?
I've been told that the Traction/ABS is connected to the ecu, so this might be at fault?
Cheers in advance.

It will be the iscv this is located on the underside of the inlet manifold and held in with two 8 mm bolts, you could either take it off and clean it with brake cleaner (cheapest way) or buy a new one lol
