Right its renewal time

Ive stayed clean for another year yet my policy has gone up again, appreciate it does but why punish legit motorists

so was thinking about trying for classic insurance.

Are there any specific criteria the vehicle or owner has to meet?E.g Vehicle age, Owner age an the like...?

Anyone recommend any good companys to try as the mainstream insurers are taking the piss imop, it is cheaper for me to insure a Zafira GSI than a MK2 fez Shame im skint

Any advice/knowledge/experiences really appreciated.

 

do yourself a favour and call paul at needtoinsure he a top bloke and a fellow ford enthusiast who owns a RS, he insures myself and all my mates fords and RSs and does every type of cover you could want and above all he is cheap

Was with them a while ago when i had my frst, but now they dont even appear when i get quotes.
They were superb to deal with though just a shame they wer'nt the cheapest when i renewed

 

Need to Insure are by far the best to deal with, I've recently insured my 500bhp 3 dr cossie for £502 with only 2 yrs No claims on 5000 miles a year with an agreed value!

 

well my rs2k 4x4 has agreed value and cost me £211 a year fully comp, give them a call again as you never know

Renewal has just come through for my van, £950 f/c and I'm 28 with 8 years ncb

 

Phone footman james mate they'll sort you... mines on a classic policy at 17 for a grand (half the price of anywhere else)

Just takes the piss that you keep clean and they slap £200 on your policy,Appreciate its an old motor but seriously.
