Default Spot lights

I have a set of genuine ford spotlights on my xr3i but they have started to rust inside and the silver paint has started to flake off!!

Can you get any sort of silver paint/spray to refurbish them inside?

Had a look around but can't see anything that i can use really!

Anybody no....

Got a set myself with the same problem. Want to clean them up before I put them back on the car.

Also do the bulbs just pull out of the spots? Think mine have blown have power going to them and new terminal on earth but no light. The bulbs have gone a funny colour.
