Default 450bhp YB Engine

Well built, covered 5000miles and run in properly. Always run on shell optimax petrol and silkolene oil. Its currently still in the car and runs sweet as a nut. Im after £4500, all parts and labour to do it all again would cost double that! PM me if interested.

Engine Spec:
200 Block with 6 long studs
8:1 Forged wossner pistons
Shot Peened Con Rods
ACL Bearings
Ported Cylinder Head
Newman cams, BD14 inlet, standard exhaust.
Double valve springs
Swedish Inlet manifold
Siemens 83 injectors
GT3071 .82 Turbo
Victor Reinz head gasket
Adjustable camshaft pulleys

It currently produces 454bhp at about 27/28 psi. The spec could easily handle more power if you so wish.

Everything was new or as new and has been a bullet proof engine since it was built.

I have probably forgotten a few bits, but here is a link to the rebuild thread: https://passionford.com/forum/restora...-3-2011-a.html

If I was to put this into a westy what gearbox could I put all that power through???
Can you control boost on engine, cos Im thinking 450 might be a tad too much!

At 230bhp they are roughly 500bhp/tonne so 450 ... well you do the math brown trousers, no wonder some tuners won't map them
