Default Wont Run

Just had my engine running today for w while, it ran fine apart from a bit of a missfire so i stopped the engine and took the plugs out to clean them, just with a wire brush and a cloth as you usualy do, put them back in (Firind order is right btw) and it just wouldnt start or even fire!, fuel is ok as ive had the plugs out and they are wet and there is a good spark, any ideas anyone? CheeRS in advance. pete
