Can somebody confirm whether it's on Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th August. The trackdaydrivers website is taking bookings for the Saturday.Is this just an extra trackday or is the show on the Saturday?

Early days yet as I spoke to Dan about this last week, its expected to be the 1st sunday of August as always, saturday track is nothing to do with Ford Fair and on sunday it should all be FORD as it was this year

 

Guess I better book early in case the BMW is out on track

 

I need to know this too as my twat of a brother has decided to get married the first weekend of august, i've told my dad point blank if its the same day as ff im not fucking going simple, rather go to ff anyway i only see my brother about 5 times a year

It's not going to be on the date that Trackday Drivers have stated. Not sure where they got that date from.

It's more likely to be a little later in August, poss the 12th but nothing has been officially confirmed.

Edit: It will be Ford only, so if you book a non-Ford on you won't be allowed on track!

Yes. As you know, he (and a few others) booked on before I spotted the 'flaw' in the booking form. Ford Fair track time will once again be reserved for Fords!

 

I went round with LMH this year.. In a non ford... Blowing fords left right and centre....

Was a great day tho best ford show I've been to this year by far.

 

To be fair, the YB powered westy should be allowed IMHO, cant imagine many ford fans not liking that, but I guess when its going round the track they cant see its a YB.

Maybe he could get a fucking massive ford logo on the bonnet just to avoid doubt

Lol it will be possible to do both just means kipping in manchester after the wedding and getting up even earlier than i do already to try and beat the traffic, Was gonna camp this year aswell
