Hi, my mk6 Escort RS2000 Recaro seat rocks on its runner, i think it is worn a little, I have an electric GTI seat sitting in the garage, can the runners be swapped? they look the same but im just not sure where to un bolt them to see. Any advice is much appreciated.

there should be bolts underneath seats mate?

 

at front lift back flap of carpet at end of runner 1 bolt each side .at rear remove plasic trim covers at end of runner 1 bolt on the runner nearest the door 2 bolts on runner near handbrake dont forget to remove trim between seat and door to unplug electrics and power it down srs is explosive lol
