Bloody insurance company has scammed me out of a years ncb.

When i started my policy last year with adrian flux i sent them a copy of my ncb wich was "3" years,now this years policy was due to run out on the 19/10/2011 so i found my insurance cheaper elsewhere so rang up adrian flux on the 17iirc to say id like my policy to run out and not be renewed ect and can they send me my ncd entitlment wich iv got now and it only says "3" years ncd on it so what have they done with my ncd for the last year?
What can i do? Can anybody help?

Just ring up up and ask first pal.

 

ring them up and ask for the extra year

if they disagree then start complaining

 

Looks like they may have taken your call on the 17th as cancellation before the year end of 19th.

If you can get them to confirm the policy expired on the 19th then they should then give you the extra year.

Thanks for your quick replys chaps i tried ringing them on my dinner break today but didnt get through to a human in time so will try again tomorow and update
