anyone know where I can get one from? don't seem to be having much luck googling and the like, will get one made if I have too I suppose but don't wan't to be bent over
to suit the mk5 escort 1.8 zetec

There was probably nothing wrong with most of the cars on here originally, but we're still modifying them

Think RS2000 rads are the same as the 1.8 Zetec so you may find some labelled as RS2000 rads

most rad makers can get thicker ones to suit any car, but zetec lumps are not known for overheating so its all about how big your wallet is

i fitted an s2 rst alloy rad in my old mk5, all the hose's fit straight on pretty much, just need to make up some bracket's to hold the rad in posistion
