Default Inlet manifolds

Hi there currently doin a resto on my Rs turbo now going to run efi do I have to use a efi manifold or can I use some thing different iv seen a cupple of Rst usings the manifold off a mfi like the STD 1.6 u find on a orion will this work using fiesta turbo management is it easy to fit injectors etc can people post some pics if you have them thank you

Heard good things about using xr3i/rs1600i manifolds but needs modding a bit and it all depends on what head your using.

I can get hold of an Rs1600i manifold from some 1 using mfi head I know I got to use an adaptor to run efi just thinking if I use Rs 1600 manifold I won't have to can I run the fiesta injectors I know I got to mod it but will I have am issue with it running on the fiesta ecu ?

I like that looks spot on iv seen a car on resto using a Rs 1600i manifold with efi if I have to change to different management I won't bother as iv got every thing but the manifold to run frs efi lol

Lol yeah sounds like the best idear iv got a motorsport cover I wanna use but if I use efi I can't never mind can go on another project lol

scrubz, u can use the rs1600i one as the throttle bodie is the same as the rs turbo one where as the standard orion/3i ones arent, you will have to get the manifold moded to fit the efi injectors and rail as it need somewher to bolt on and the injector holes will need machening out. PM karlos on here as he is building one up

I run an XR3i manifold with EFI. Not easy, but looks much better.

James t ? As in jt jt lol thanks for the advice mate it's not a prob getting manifold or doin the work just need to know if I can still run the efi ecu or will I have to go over to mega squirt omex etc etc nice to here from ya buddy
