I have decided to build another 3 door race car

I have a set of 18" centra locks

gen 500 engine , complete

gen 500 cooler

gen 500 hoses

gen rs500 bumpers and spoilers

New race seat and harness

9" rear diff

Nice set of Leda coilovers

ajustable TCA"s etc etc all sitting doing nothing so thought i may as well build another race car to sit and look at

 

what livery will it be this time?

How about biulding a up to date one rather than old school.

You've done one the original way, like MAD Mark Sheady says, why not build one up using modern upgraded bits instead.

The Mk2 i have is stunning but to be honest i love the rs500 race cars more and my heart just isnt in the mk2 , hence why its never got completed

I have everything i need to build another rs500 ( apart from a new shell ) and i know every nut and bolt so seems daft not to build another

You cant beat bolting nice shiny fancy bits to a nice shiny shell

 

I have yet to see a system more reliable than the old T4 and 8 greens

better than these new school plastic turbos that self destruct after every lap

Sounds a good idea, but built one to use. The Caltex car is stunning, but a bit pointless having all those nice bits doing nothing

Build one you can actually drive!
