Best insurers for agreed values?

Hi all,

I'm having a bit of a nightmare finding any insurers who offer an agreed value to an older modified car.

Any ideas who's best?

I am with a company called sureterm direct.
fiesta xr2, 2.0l zetec, suspension, wheels, the lot... probably about 15 mods declared. £4k agreed value. £450

Had my 3dr with Norwich Union (AVA) on a classic car policy, agreed value of 12k for £260 and i was only 23. That was a few years ago now though.
