Has anyone seen them, think they started today sent a vehicle down for mot and its passed but the pass sheet now looks like a black and white piece of paper no sticker too pull off oh anything
Got mine done a few days ago and it was just the same as previously and here were no mentions of them changing
I'm sure the govt would have told us about something like that happening and there are plenty of testers here who should be able to answer your question properly

Its not even the same layout as the old one like if they run out of green paper and use plain white, it has all vehicle details down left side and blank square on right for adviseorys

New style certificate is a good thing, now all the advisory notices that car dealers chuck away can't happen be a little easier for the consumer to negotiate on price if there are a lot of advisories.

yet the mongs still persist in issuing "producers" because the legislation has not been changed to reflect that the paper document is worthless.
You show an insurance certificate to a copper who has you on ANPR with no insurance and he will not believe the certificate.
hence the paper documents are worthless in practice, so its about time they were worthless in law too.

I got on of my cars MOT'd on friday and it was the old style paperwork so assuming today must be the first day.
Had one done myself today for a mate and was pretty shocked at what they gave me more cost cutting but will make it easier for test centres as they only need plain paper now
i gave a few of these out today and people dont beleive these are real. as usual vosa have done their usual good job of informing the motorist wots happening. the last 5 years mileage history will be on them soon
I did wonder as i was looking through gumtree and a car that had just been advertised had a piccy of the log book keys and a strange bit of paper i looked closely and it said MOT certificate
I think its great that the advisorys are on it too so the traders cant throw that away and hide future work to be done in the next few months etc etc makes the haggling more fun LOL
