the wifes car is due an mot, the passenger side jets are knackered so i turned 1 of the drivers side to hit the passenger side and adjusted the other drivers side, will it pass an mot like this or do both the jets need to work?

on an mot site the only reason i could see them failing it for would be

"A wiper or washer control missing or inaccessible to the driver"

 

Sure it will be a failure, else if one wasn't needed the manufacturer would not have fitted one in the first place!
