At the end of the day it's a £325 Mk5 XR3i with test on it. What do people want for £325? I paid more than that for the back brakes on my Cossie.

i think for £325 people want a minter, but that isnt why i asked the question.... im not going to travel all that way wasting petrol money in the process to pickup a rust buket that i wanted to keep and put some money into doing up am i now? not everyone has the interest of just using it over winter then binning or selling it on again... if its what im looking for ill hapilly hand over the money, but dont want to turn up see the car find 100 dents/dings surface rust all over the place, endless faults only to be told what did you expect its only £325........ id rather spend £325 on a years worth of lollipops or buy a car for £500 extra that doesnt have any problems, the cylinder head in my garage atm cost more then this car but money isnt the problem finding what im after is....

A years worth of lollipops sounds good to me. I recommend the Nobbly Bobbly. If you've never tried one you're missing out.
