Default Any painters (car) on here re 2k non iso laquer?

As per the title.

I'm a keen DIY'er who has had really good results home spraying in the past once it is all polished up.

My question relates to laquer, I've always used 1k celly stuff which looks fantastic once finished but is really not very durable.

I've never used proper 2k stuff due to the health issues but have noticed that there are non isocynate 2k laquers available.

Are they any good? Are they more durable than than 1k stuff or am I better off sticking with the tried and tested although increasingly harder to get hold of 1k stuff ?

I can still get get and would intend to use 1k base and primer with the 2k non iso laquer. Any problems with combination.

Any thoughts, views or opinions more than welcome please Gents.

I've used the non-iso lacquers and got a better gloss than with the 1k stuff.

Not durable though and easily scratched.

I got myself an air-fed mask and use 2k now.

No problem with the combo you mention.
