hi all was driving home from work today and my fusion 1.4 zetec se just cut out. Dont do it when its cold just when its warm. When you come up to traffic lights or round abouts when you go to stop it stalls

Please help.

 

sounds like throttle body problem tbh fella.depends on year though as early ones just had a throttle body issue,later ones it was the tps and injector loom issue,worth getting checked

 

its a 52 plate.

 

i reckon its the throttle body playing up but ideally needs checking for fault codes.there was also a software issue which caused cutting out.just a download cured it

 

Idle control fault, could be a few things, namely, ISCV, VSS (Accompanied by a dicky speedo, least likely) or an air leak.
