He wants to sell 14 tickets at £750 then it gets decided by the bonus ball!!

14 x £750 = £10500!!!! what an absolute dreamer!!! lol

I dont think its a scam but who in their right mind would risk £750 on a ticket with a mere 1/14 chance!!

plus the seller is being extremely greedy as the car is worth nowhere near 10.5k!!

he'd have a lot more luck if he had the tickets at a couple of quid as we would all have a few and he could list the quantity at the same value and no one would give a hoot

Sounds a lot better if he was selling tickets at £2 I'd go in for a maybe £50 worth. Bet he'd get a lot more response that way but as above you need a licence or official permission to effectively allow gambling.

That's the way a Lottery / raffle works.
You pay your money and take the risk, the seller gets to keep all 14 -- £750's
Well he would, if 14 people paid, it wasn't against Ebay policy, and it didn't contravene the Gambling Act 2005.

An irish guy done similar only it was £100 a ticket for 75 people...on a impreza type r 2dr with 450bhp. Lota of photos, docs and half his payments was going to a charity. Then he wrote down name and locations of the ticket buyers and then chose a number between 1-75 and the number related to a buyer...so 4th ticket buyer got ticket 4, and so on. Then he posted a photo of him and the winner, then a photo of him handing a cheque to some sort of cancer charity.

Was as odd as a ginger stud with two left feet, but he got rid of his car, got some coin and give to charity as promised!!
