alrite lads looking at changing jobs due to new manager being a knob. looking at a job in a ford dealership. the dealership is run by pendragon plc.as nebody worked for pendragon. what are they like as a company. ive heard from 1 tech they are a nightmare. just curious if that were that 1 particular dealership or the company.

Hi dan i worked for pendragon for a while after they bought out my dealership, tbh mate they are a nightmare to work for basically they are sales orientated and all they care about are salesmen and selling cars f**k anybody else.
Bonus scheme was unreachable running on minimum staff all the time and treat like sh*t honestly mate i would stay where you are for the minute unless your sure its what you really want.
