As my ST170 is no more and the engine plans are over i have for sale a zetec turbo block tapped for HP oil supply to a turbo and there is a drain back to the sump tapped into the upper aluminium sump, i have the crank also, oil pump, almost new flywheel clutch and pressure plate, and a big box of bolts and stuff from the bottom end strip down.
Block and crank in very good condition, as far as im aware its all standard size, has never been decked, crank ground or bored.
Perfect start for a turbo build.

rolled it at high speed and nearly died. broke my hand, ribs, elbow and pelvis. got cut out the car and flown by helicopter to hospital! been on crutches for a month now and will be for another few months!

Does the block still have pistons etc? Is it the T230 block?

 

I still have 2 of the pistons with rods, 1 cracked piston and rod and the other piston and rod i sent back to the previous owner of the T230.
They are 100% standard 2.0L pistons in the T230
Buy the block and stick some ST170 or RS pistons in

dug this lot out to get rid so any final takers. noticed a couple of scores and light surface rust at the top of the bore so ideal for rebuild with bigger piston. crank looks ok still but would grind it to be sure. willing to split parts from the engine. have 90percent of the bottom end parts. block and upper sump tapped for high pressure turbo line and return.

Got fed up with this cluttering up the house and the messers not showing up or paying up. Took it down the tip on Saturday, 99% of a 2.0L Montune engine bottom end scrapped. Cant belive no one wanted it. only 8 in the world.
