Default whats needed for my next power increase?

I'm toying with the idea of upping the power on my cos a bit more. its currently making 365 and 390lbft at 1.8bar.
Spec is...
msd chip
stg 3 t3 (34 comp wheel) .48 ex housing
803's
light head work
rebuilt 20k ago at std comp

got the usual supporting mods aswell.

whats the next bits that would be required? still on std cams, so i guess they should go. which turbo and injectors would suit best?

You already have a lot of power and torque for 1.8bar boost on greens

it made very good figures, but Martin said its on the limit of whats the greens will do and was starting a lean off a bit at the top

AB07 fits straight in with no piston mods

No chance of feeling any difference with MSDs 380 conversion with what you already have.

If it was me i would just change the exhaust housing to a .55, AB07 inlet cam and 55lb injectors.

No idea, every set of rollers read different.

Just use the same one before and after changing.

Fuck that, if your changing then why piss about putting a .55 on? If you want more power surely a T38 or whatever you fancy would be better? To me it just seems like a fair bit of expense for not that much gain.

would like to poke above 400 really. problem is, i've been doing the odd track day and 'ring trip with a 911 gt3, e92 m3 and r35 gtr. So my poor old cos has been seeming lacking.

i know its silly mixing with the bigger boys, but if it can be done why not?

'spose i ought to dump the tractor transmission, though.

To be honest the power i have now is not as usable all the time like it was with my T34.55.

The power held on better when i changed from a .48 upto the .55 i just didn't have the AB07 inlet cam which made a big change in the way the power holds on after peak power with my current set up over a standard inlet cam.

Yes my T38 is fast but for a all round driveable set up i would go back to the T34.55, AB07 inlet cam, ported head and 55lb injectors.

I can assure you steve that if you did you would soon be swapping back to a bigger turbo
t34/t35 can make reasonable power but they are being worked far to hard to achieve this and have a very short short life expectancy at this level
